After attending The University of Texas, Byron found himself immersed in the hospitality industry where he has developed a career spanning twenty years. Spending eight years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and another four years at Starwood Hotels, he held positions ranging from catering and conference management to sales and marketing.  Byron then made the transition into destination management, beginning with PGI Dallas.
