PALM SPRINGS

Palm Springs is where people go to get away. It’s where the sun shines 350 days a year and the average daytime temperature is a picture-perfect 75 degrees. It’s where world-class golf resorts meet world-class spas, where the ancient palm groves of Indian Canyons meets Rat Pack mid-century cool. It’s where you can go off-roading on an ATV after breakfast and sip martinis around Frank Sinatra’s pool at sunset. Palm Springs is an escape, a place to connect and revitalize and it’s overflowing with venue selections and entertainment options for your next corporate event.

On the western edge of Coachella Valley, Palm Springs is surrounded by mountains and is dramatically beautiful. For a breathtaking excursion, take the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway up the sheer cliffs of Chino Canyon to enjoy the view from 8,516 feet atop Mt. San Jacinto. Another daytime activity that no one will forget is a teambuilding game of golf cart polo at Empire Polo club. Plan a special event at Moorten Botanical Garden or a theme party at Sinatra House, Frank Sinatra’s fabulously chic former estate.   All this within easy reach as Palm Springs is located an approximate two hour drive from larger hubs – San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles – and convenient luxury transportation is readily available. Easier still, the Palm Springs International Airport is conveniently located two miles from downtown and the Palm Springs Convention Center.

No matter how long or brief a visit may be, Palm Springs offers a myriad of activities and extraordinary programs. At AlliedPRA Palm Springs we know there is just one chance to get it right, to create that once in a lifetime memory.   Our creative and enthusiastic destination management professionals are dedicated to making the flawless execution of your event appear effortless.
