Both levels are ADA wheelchair accessible. The 53,000-square foot site has state of the art sound, lights and production capabilities for live music, corporate meetings and private events.

The Painted Duck—The Painted Duck is a distinguished drinkery, duckpin bowling, and gaming parlour located in the Stockyards Atlanta development on the Westside.  It includes 16 full-service duckpin bowling lanes, 2 Belgian feather bowling lanes, 2 indoor horseshoe pits, knuckleball, toad in the hole, 2 indoor deck shuffleboard courts, a 22-ft. table shuffleboard, a basketball 3 point and free throw shoot out, air hockey, snookball (a hybrid sport that blends pool with soccer) and other unique competitive group gaming options.

The Fairmont—The Fairmont is the newest event venue on the stylish Westside of Atlanta. The Fairmont is a warehouse space, transformed into a modern, industrial venue with 20 feet ceilings and stunning clerestory windows surrounding the space. A sleek pre-function space (4000 sq. ft.) with built in bar, sofa groupings, polished concrete floors and a wall of windows can serve as a cocktail space for larger events, or a perfect venue on its on for smaller gatherings. Think Hollywood Gam meets industrial chic!

Donetto—Led by executive chef and partner Michael Perez, Donetto is a celebration of Italy’s Tuscan region with a menu featuring imaginative takes on traditional Italian fare comprised of heavy meats, a rotating list of house-made pastas and small plates for sharing. Located on Atlanta’s booming Westside, Donetto spearheads an extensive beverage program featuring signature cocktails, local and Italian craft beers. A collection of more than 100 bottles of wine is also available, including Italian wines with an emphasis on robust reds to complement the meat-centric dishes, a variety of California wines, and Brunello – the signature wine of Tuscany.

Staplehouse—Located in the heart of Atlanta’s Old 4th Ward, Staplehouse is a casual neighborhood restaurant that will blow you away with their cuisine and extremely knowledgably staff. The menu changes regularly based on seasonality, the mood of the kitchen and what the local farmers have available. Staplehouse offers a seasonally driven menu that is intimate in size. The restaurant typically showcases 10-12 savory menu items for dinner and 7-8 for lunch. Staplehouse is a for-profit subsidiary of The Giving Kitchen, a nonprofit organization serving the Atlanta restaurant community.

Longleaf—Enjoy a fresh seasonal lunch in the Atlanta Botanical Gardens new restaurant, Longleaf, a two-level contemporary glass structure nestled next to the Garden house in the heart of the Garden. Longleaf offers full-service dining and a flexible space for groups. Inside, guests enjoy commanding views of the Southern Seasons Garden and Levy Parterre, while treated to a savory menu by Chef Jason Paolini.

Helicopter Tour of Atlanta—This helicopter tour of Atlanta puts you on top of our gorgeous city! Guests will depart from the Ventanas Helipad, from there we will take you to Midtown over Atlantic Station to Georgia Tech and The Georgia Aquarium.  Then we take a leisurely pass over Centennial Olympic Park, CNN and Mercedes-Benz Stadium before visiting the heart of Downtown and The State Capitol.  Next, it’s time to cruise through some of the tallest buildings in the southeast and catch a beautiful view of Piedmont Park and The Atlanta Botanical Gardens.  We finish up with a smooth ride up Peachtree Street over the Buckhead Entertainment District and then back to Ventanas. There is no better way to see the city!!
