Today, guests are split into groups and are asked to complete a set of challenges that all revolve around physical or nutritional education. Some challenges may include: Snack Attack where participants learn how to quickly make a healthy snack in a short amount of time or Blind Yoga which is a communication and exercise challenge where the team musts work together without saying a word.
Lots of water stations are scattered throughout – one of the biggest health lessons!
After the activity, sit down with their teams and enjoy a healthy, local lunch that inspires guests to take what they learned and incorporate it into their every day routine.
