Jane Scaletta grew up in Jamaica and went to boarding school in England before moving to the United States in the late 70’s. Jane has worked in most travel and tourism disciplines while living in the US and Caribbean. Maria & Enzo's Ristorante

With superb Italian flavor and service, is an Italian trattoria. This Art Deco and Streamline Moderne design restaurant creates an absolutely gorgeous two-story rotunda of the main dining room with beautiful murals showcasing destinations and posters belonging to airlines and destinations of this Golden Age Era. Enzo's Hideaway

Located in a storied rum runner tunnel under Maria & Enzo’s restaurant, Enzo’s Hideaway is a speakeasy vibe with the largest selection of aged rums & scotches in Disney Springs that pours Prohibition-era cocktails and serves hearty Roman-style dishes. Fogo De Chao

Not the typical “all you can eat” Brazilian establishment. This is authentic Southern Brazilian food where the gaucho chefs come to your table with offerings of 16 kinds of meat as long as your marker is on green for “go.” Take it from us, come hungry and do not plan to eat for the next 24 hours after you leave!

Johnnie’s Hideaway

Upscale restaurant but with a laid back atmosphere. We love the Key West style architecture and awesome wooden tiki deck. One of their featured entrees is Giant Madagascar Shrimp De Johnnie’s, which tastes delicious and is unique because only very few places in the U.S. are able to get them!
