AlliedPRA Las Vegas Named Official DMC to Handle Hosted Buyer Program Arrangements for IMEX America 2012

LAS VEGAS — July 12, 2012 – AlliedPRA Las Vegas, AlliedPRA Las Vegas was selected to provide a comprehensive airport and hotel transportation system and staffing for the hosted buyers attending IMEX America 2012, according to Nikki Williams, Director of Hosted Buyer Programs for IMEX America. As the official DMC, AlliedPRA Las Vegas was selected based on its staff, experience and high service standards to work with the IMEX hosted buyer team in coordinating the complex transportation program, while providing an emergency contingency plan for the event. IMEX America is America’s worldwide exhibition for incentive travel, meetings and events and is already the largest tradeshow for the industry in the USA. The second edition will take place at the Sands Expo, Las Vegas, (which is connected to the show’s Headquarters Hotel, The Venetian®|The Palazzo®), October 9 – 11, 2012.

Williams, along with Madelyn Marusa, VP Industry Relations for AlliedPRA and Linda Miyoshi, Director of Business Development for AlliedPRA Las Vegas met in Las Vegas to review final details, allowing the AlliedPRA team to provide its expertise in the company’s award-winning transportation logistics and program coordination. Marusa commented: “Our team consulted with Nikki this week, working closely to ensure each requirement of the hosted buyer transportation program and growth expectations are met and exceeded.
