Curt Stapleton Joins AlliedPRA Los Angeles as National Sales Manager

LOS ANGELES, Calif., November 2014 – AlliedPRA, Inc., a global leader in the destination management company (DMC) sector, announces the appointment of Curt Stapleton to the AlliedPRA Los Angeles office as National Sales Manager, according to Marty Mullen, CMP, DMCP, Senior Vice President of AlliedPRA Corporate West. As a key leader on the Los Angeles team, Stapleton is responsible for developing new business, increasing revenue streams and managing the programs, while building strong relationships with local contacts to firmly establish AlliedPRA as the industry leader for DMC requirements in the Los Angeles region.Curt Stapleton

With over 25 years in the meetings industry in California, Stapleton brings an extensive background to AlliedPRA.  Upon graduating from San Jose State University, he quickly worked his way through the hotel ranks to National Sales Manager.  His 10 years of hotel sales experience includes Double Tree Monterey Fisherman’s Wharf, Loews Coronado Bay Resort and Westin Horton Plaza San Diego.

Stapleton formed his own meeting planning company where he successfully managed and planned meetings for 13 years. His planning experience includes domestic and international programs for Fortune 500 Companies, High Tech User Conferences, Medical Meetings and Incentive Programs.  Prior to joining AlliedPRA, he served as the Senior Conference Services Manager for the four-star Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif.  With his extensive hotel experience and meeting planning knowledge, Stapleton brings a unique perspective and understanding of what clients are looking for in a destination such as Los Angeles.
