Millman will focus on the growing day-to-day operations, while working closely with the senior management team to support the strategic goals and business objectives of the company.
Millman has over twenty years of experience as a businesswoman, trainer, speaker and hospitality consultant. Her expertise in franchising, business manual creation, quality assurance, leadership, and customer service, has been shared with organizations throughout the United States and the Caribbean. She has been quoted in local and national hospitality industry publications on matters concerning corporate social responsibility and green meetings. In addition, Millman taught educational sessions at the Association of Destination Management Executives (ADME), the National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) and senior level course work at San Diego State University (SDSU) in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM).
