She will be overseeing all AlliedPRA operations of its 20 US-based franchises and wholly-owned offices, according to Robert Patterson, chief financial and operating officer of AlliedPRA. As President of AlliedPRA North America, Dornfeld will direct staff and franchise operations while managing the global sales efforts of the North American-based AlliedPRA Global Sales team to drive DMC sales into 100-plus locations, through the company’s award-winning, consistent operating standards and a guarantee of outstanding service delivery. Her mission will be to expand the AlliedPRA market share and brand awareness as a comprehensive, turnkey DMC solution to corporate, incentive and association planners.
Dornfeld has dedicated 27 years to an industry she is passionate about serving. During the past several years as Managing Director and Senior Vice President of the Southern California and South Florida operations of AlliedPRA owned offices, she has been an instrumental part of the success of the organization, continuing to position the operations in these regions as leading forces within the industry. Prior to AlliedPRA, Dornfeld was the Director of Membership for an International Association based in Chicago. She managed a meeting-planning department with over 200 meetings annually while overseeing all membership programs for 15,000 members.
